A conceptual housing scheme of approximately 30 homes located on the edge of a rural town. Set on a sloping site, the design works with the natural gradient to create varied roof heights and visual interest, avoiding the uniform character often associated with larger housing estates.
Generous green spaces are integrated throughout the scheme, softening the landscape and enhancing the setting. A mix of architectural forms and materials delivers a high-quality, contemporary interpretation of rural housing.
The proposal includes a range of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, both semi-detached and detached, designed to support adaptive living for a broad mix of residents. Affordable housing is tenure-blind and fully integrated. The overall aim is to deliver bespoke, well-designed homes, rather than generic development.
